Applications for The Colton Holly Memorial Scholarship are generally available mid March and are due at the end of April. Lyndi Tucker at Wilsonville High School will announce when the applications are available. Applications must be completed by the due date and returned to Lyndi Tucker.
The recipients of the scholarships are determined by the Application Review Committee, which consists of a total of eight members (including Brad and Samantha Holly). All personal information is redacted and the applications are scored in several categories by each member. The highest and lowest scores are thrown out and the remaining scores are totaled to determine the recipients.
